Tender is invited for Time Scoring & Results (TSR) for the 6th Edition of KHELO INDIA YOUTH GAMES 2023 to be held in Chennai from 19th January to 31st January, 2024. The Badminton Event is scheduled to be held during 3rd / 4th week of January, 2024 at Badminton Hall of TNPESU. Exact dates will be informed once finalized. Matches will be held in two (2) Badminton Courts.
The items required for TSR service as per requirement of GTCC KHELO INDIA YOUTH GAMES are as under :
LED wall, Walkie Talkie, TV, LED display, Printer, Generator for power, Platform/Riser for screen, Printer Cartridge, PA system, Soundbars, Hard disk, Pen drive, Monitor, Photocopier, Mic. Video camera, UPS, Internet, Projector. Etc. must be included under General Hardware.
Switchers, Connectors, Wiring, Cabling, etc. may be included under Miscellaneous Cost.
Items / Services may be categorized as per following and Price may be quoted :
a) Sports Specific Hardware
b) Sports Specific Software (with API Integration)
c) Manpower Cost
d) Transportation Cost
e) General Hardware
f) Miscellaneous Cost
It may be noted that KHELO INDIA YOUTH GAMES is under GTCC, KHELO INDIA DIVISION, SAI.
